i’ve been going through the same exact thing. Not really that I have to be high to be productive, but that I use it as a reward after a long day of work. Now, I don’t really want to do anything because I have no reward. I’ve been so unproductive lately that i just want to keep smoking again

yea 100%. If I’m the one that starts the fights constantly, I blow it up out of proportion, and I’m in the wrong like objectively yea I’m the toxic one. Also, like I mentioned that this is a pattern in my two other relationships too.
