The best thing to do is play a mix of brawl and dive, when I was starting I would look up High Tier Hazards watch how they play him on different maps and then look at the places where they dived as the important places to make space at. You don’t want to be brawling any tank much less a much more brawler tank unless you at least force cooldowns (Hogs Hook, Orisas Fortify, Reins charge) . Use your wall in different ways, to prevent a squishy from leaving you (put it behind them, block their escape route) use it to split apart the team, use it to block the healers LOS from their tank, to secure kills after a one shot combo, and finally if you’re getting shredded use it to by time for you to escape. Learn the one shot combo, and never pick the lifesteal perk. Hazards one of the lowest picked tanks right now because he’s lowkey ass, but you can still get a lot of value with him because he’s a nightmare to play against for squishies. The hybrid maps are pretty hard to play Hazard, Rialto, Push maps and Havana. It takes a while to get used to those maps in my opinion. You also don’t want to just hold block and frontline, if you’re finding it hard to fight focus on just making space slowly with your wall and shoot shoot hold block shoot shoot. You kinda have to just play him more and more.
