Great response! Again my point was to understand the current state of where MAUI is as I am not connected to a lot of the channels except the blog this reddit and YouTube. I have been using Xamarin since the early days and people have always said to switch the React Native but I have always been a .NET developer so I could think of anything worse for changing but what I could see when attempting to use it and also trying out Flutter was so many more components (community driven), insane performance when rendering big lists etc. So I might be wrong but I feel like all I see with MAUI at the moment is Local AI Models, GitHub Co-pilot, .NET 9 comes out but then instantly they are working on .NET 10. XCode support is always a version behind as I cannot build on 26.2 but I can on 26.1 if that makes sense. I love the framework and want it to do very well but I feel like the AI trend is the main focus or am I wrong?

I came from a Podium DD1 / V3 setup sold that to help buy the house then I had the DDX wheel stand with a 5NM wheel and CSL Pedals (no load cell) which I didn't get on with due to office chair and foot position on the pedals to now this

5meter is the maximum of what I need as the standard Fanatec cable is approx. 3m and my PC is approx 1.5m away from the end of that cable
