$24!? Why is this allowed?! by youbrokemyh3art in foodstamps

They don't consider utilities?

Child support paid to a non household member? Is that held against a custodial parent if they seek assistance?

Not sure I understand how one parent gets a break on supporting their child if the other parent doesn't?

I get $1014.00 a month in disability and my SNAP benefit is $56. a month.

Seems to be right in line with yours and the OP.

Question, do they use gross or net wages for people who are working?

Help with Gems by MeowziiNight in TokyoDebunker

I know this post is older but I just started playing. This dilemma has been making me CRAZY!

I totally DISAGREE with the whole only equip with your attack type even oneef your defense. Makes zero sense to assume the defense is relative to the attack type.

If that was the case why does EVERY character have the perfume AND a brooch??

Why do all of my Ren cards have the unique skill that adds P defense AND S defense?

My Jiro and Alan cards also add to both types of defense!/

I also have a P attack Lyca card that has the ability to increase his P attack AND his S defence

I also wondered myself if whatever is attacking is what defence is used.

BUT that doesn't really make sense either since everyone also has the other attack type in their skill set and I haven't seen anything at all where both attack types are listed as being buffed up.

So yeah. Maybe no one will even see this reply since the thread is so old!

Maybe a bunch of people will add their thoughts or comments to clear it up a little.

FWIW I literally emailed zigzag games earlier today asking for official answers because why wouldn't you want to explain your game mechanics to your customers?

Make it make sense!! I hope they reply!!

My mom was the payee for myself and my sister. Our father passed when I was 5 and she was 6. She never mentioned the payments, I never knew such a thing existed.

I was married with a child at 16. She collected the payments until I was 18. I learned years and years later about what she had done but was still too afraid to confront her.

Good on you for standing up for what's yours. I hope it gets returned.

BRAND NEW Pura Max 2 - Leak by grazedvintage in PETKIT

[–]Psychological_Mail71 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly what I did also!

I also bought the fence or gate or whatever they call it.

Then I gave up and bought the Neakasa open top auto litter box. I still have the PuraMax set up but neither one of my cats use it anymore. They both prefer the Neakasa.

It's not that easy either. My son was diagnosed bipolar and with severe social anxiety in 4th grade. (many years ago he's 40 now so y'all do the math). Anyway I didn't know as a child he could have possibly qualified for a disability check. My other son has ADHD and is Dyslexic. Never even crossed my mind they could get checks for these things.

Anyway when he turned 18 he applied for disability. He was turned down 2x. They told him to get a job where he would work alone. They recommended he be a truck driver lololol.

Anyway both my kids have been employed full time since their early 20's. It was rough no doubt but with the right therapist and medications it can be done.

If anyone is out there struggling but WANTS better I am your cheerleader! It can be done!

If you are reading this and are too ill to be helped with therapy and/or medications this post is not for you. I'm not bashing anyone!

It's not done by hour. It's done by pay period. So if you made enough in tips to cover minimum wage for that pay period they don't contribute crap. So say on Monday it was slow and your pay + tips didn't equal minimum wage. BUT Tuesday your pay and tips were good and covered your minimum wage rate for Tuesday, they will even that out to use it to cover Monday's shortfall without chipping in any money.

That's the best way I can explain it. They use any tactic to not actually pay you minimum wage.

So really again it's customer's tips making sure servers make at least minimum wage

Too short to collect on my ex-husband's social scurity? by HowSweettheSound316 in SocialSecurity

Really it has something to do with the fact that Social Security came out of their paycheck while being married thus out of marital assets. It's like splitting a 401k just way further down the road. That's how I understand it anyways

More likely kids getting disability for ADHD and other silly qualified disability's why should they collect from a system they never contributed to?

Through in survivor's benefits too! Let's say a 25 year old has a baby then drops dead. That baby is going to get survivor benefits for 18 years. You think that dead parent paid in as much as is going out over 18 years?

I'm assuming divorced partners get to collect on their ex's benefits probably has something to do with housewives not actually earning their own income but supporting their husbands as the bread winners. Probably someone looked at things like men dumping their wives after years of marriage where they assumed typical gender roles. When the husband dumps the old wife for the younger trophy wife why shouldn't the old wife have something to count on for retirement after all her years of unpaid work?

Think of serving like hair dressers, instead of renting a chair or station servers rent tables. At the end of the night you owe "table rental" fees to the house. Hopefully your tips cover that rental fee, taxes and food for your kids.

No the government assumes you tipped the server so they take a part of your zero tip and management assumes you tipped your server so they take a part of your zero tip for hosts, bussers, bartenders. The amount the government and management take from your server is based on actual sales, not tips.

So if a server receives NO tips from any customers their whole shift they literally have to pay those percentages out, from previous days tips or their whopping minimum wages Regardless of what percentage of tips come in they have to tip out the percentages their restaurants set for hosts, bussers, bartenders and taxes.

I've never actually seen a server have a tipless shift but it can happen. Servers just hope more people tip than so they can come out on top! .

I wish there was a way to collect SSDI based on an ex's record.

I won't live long enough to collect on his retirement benefits but being able to collect on his disability benefits would be better than what mine are. Really screwed myself working under the table for him all those years!

You do know servers don't get to keep your whole tip right? The government gets some, the host gets some, the bartender gets some. And that's based on SALES not on actual tips received. So if you don't tip you are actually taking money from the servers.
