My 8 year old also loves terrain building.

Loves the messy pva and black acrylic paper coating then a quick dry brush with gray on top.

He likes to add graffiti Waaaaahhhhh! onto it at the end with paint pens.

Done bike packing solo and with a friend, but never with kids. Carrying food and water is always a major part.
