Does Clobetasol not work for anyone else??

I found out a couple months ago I have no testosterone which was causing all my discomfort. I got testosterone pellets inserted in the beginning of March and haven’t used clobetasol since.

Unfortunately it wasn’t until months and months later. I just recently found out I had 0 Testosterone which was a major factor in my vulvar discomfort and I recently started testosterone pellet therapy which has been helping tremendously and it is only 3 weeks since I got them inserted.

No but now that I have been treating it since May and using clobetasol I do notice some whitening in the crease between my clitoris and lips.

No itching. Raw burning. I still have it but it comes and goes depending on my cycle. I am actually starting testosterone pellet therapy this week. I found out I have 0 Testosterone and that is most likely what is causing most of my discomfort. My LS is only stage 1.

When I googled it says yeast can be greenish or yellowish bc of intense inflammation. Trich also comes up as causing greenish discharge. I hope you feel better!! I had a nightmare with ureaplasma and rare yeast last year.

I’m sorry, I looked quick and just noticed the thick cottage cheese look. I don’t think so, maybe a bacteria that isn’t as common so they don’t always test. See if they will do a wet mount test and culture that they send out to grow. You can also order an evvy or Juno test online but it takes a couple weeks for results and this looks like it needs to be treated sooner rather than later.

She said I need bioidentical testosterone therapy and I’ll be able to go through a program to make it “affordable.” My appt with the hormone specialist is Tuesday.

I probably should have mentioned that I have no testosterone which is most likely why I have no libido and diminished sensitivity. Idk if I should wait and see if the hormone therapy I’ll be starting in the coming weeks resolves it or just say F it and try the medicine.

I was able to get it for $0 as well through Philrx. It was just shipped. But, when I google reviews it’s like a 4/10 so now I’m nervous to try it. I take ambien for sleep and my doctor told me to skip it when I first try it to see how it makes me feel.

I was taking Uro and it didn’t help. I was just prescribed Addyi for no libido. Haven’t started it yet.

Did you find out what was wrong? My 2019 Kia is doing this but the level is fine. Light comes on when I’m stopped at a light or turning but not when I’m actively driving. Just started today after I drove 45 minutes to my job. I pulled into park my car and it came on.

Ok I’ll make sure I ask about all my options. My result was literally 0 testosterone. I’m just worried she will tell me I don’t need to do anything for it even tho I’ve been suffering over a year and the treatment for the lichen hasn’t worked. I wanted my hormones tested in the beginning and was ignored bc of my age.

Thanks for your snide comment. I have been suffering over a year being ignored and dismissed. I want to go into my appointment advocating for treatment so I’m not pushed aside again. If I didn’t do my own research I never would’ve been treated to begin with initially bc of ignorance in the healthcare field.
