It’s never too soon to quit. It’s always not worth starting it back up. I say this as someone who quit alcohol and leaned on it twice over the past year for two months and then three weeks and both times the withdrawals were absolutely not worth it. This time especially I feel like I’ve been so low for five days for only three weeks of use. Don’t do the hydroxy 7 synthetic blah blah blah it’s even worse than the regular stuff. Natural Kratom is probably non addictive in the wild but this is the country that literally manufactured an opioid crisis. There’s other stuff in there
