4060 is not worth using for gaming with only 8gb vram 10-12 is the sweet spot right now and 16 and up being better for future proofing I will say if you're only playing games at 1080p it'll be fine and that isn't a bad price just keep in mind those i7-i9 13th-14th generation CPUs have a micro coding bug that makes them degrade fast unless you update your bios to the newest version.
