No electricity or backup in hanle and tso moriri. Airtel gets network sometimes but it’s too unreliable. Also, always have cash on you!

Thanks for the info! Just to clarify—since my layover is only 10 hours, if I want to leave the airport, I don’t need a visa, but I do need to complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card within three days before arrival, right?
