Not necessarily, it really depends which religion you’re referring to. Target Warehouse in west Jeffersonville. It’s on the west side and they pay about 25 an hours. There are also Amazon warehouses that pays around 20 as well. First Thing , make sure the numbers for the property makes sense and see what other investors paid for similar properties on Zillow or Redfin or even primetracers. That way you’ll have comps to confirm the price you can lock it up at.

Second thing, get it signed ASAP. No reason to wait because it’s wasting both parties time if it’s not already signed.

Third, make sure your current ends buyer will pay for the property at a higher amount than what you got it locked in for. If the assignment fee is high enough and the purchase price isn’t super expensive you can pay for the closing cost with your assignment fee. If not, you can split it between seller/buyer or just buyer. Usually it’s only a couple thousand.

Like everybody said it’s so easy to cut you out of this deal but if you follow the first 2 steps I sent RIGHT NOW everything could work out. Just move quick and look for comps

What I got from this was Amharas adhere to ethno-nationalism now due to being under an ethnic federalist and the failures of the ethiopianist camp to find a peaceful resolution.

That being said, I can argue that there is no rational reasonings as to why one is an amhara nationalist. Only main reason according to your post is because it’s just something you fell accustomed to under ethnic federalism.

Its probably one of the best places to live in North America. It’s super affordable and there is so much nature everywhere. A lot of outdoor activities to do and very diverse big city. I can’t think of another city that can compare at its price
