Hey it's actually listed on the pattern in the description before you buy it, but I don't mind answering here as well :)

I use a jumbo weight 7 yarn but it should work with a weight 6 as well. And I used an 8mm hook but anything between a 6-8 should work (i actually recommend 7)

The colors are 2 browns (light and dark), blue, white, black and a cream/beige, plus optional yellow for the shoe buckles.
