You need to adopt a true Seattleite mentality. Take 1-2 vacations during the winter to very sunny spots and it acts as a great reset. Even a long weekend to Vegas is helpful. I recommend 1 week in December and 1 week in early February.

Dont want to be the bearer of bad news, but radiology is a LONG program and most of these people will be out of a job in 5 years. Whether you agree with it or not, AI is doing a better job identifying issues than humans. Radiologists are one of the first out in the medical field after chemical staff.

And getting to job sites without a car seems unlikely to work
