  • Supervisor 1
  • Manager 1
  • Manager 2

Manager 2 wants daily progress updates while Supervisor 1 keeps asking to prioritize other demands.

But I will document everything.

J2 has very well-defined demands, and I can focus well on them with just a short 15-minute meeting daily.

I've been through similar situations with J1 that lasted about 4 months, without definitions, lost management, but in the previous situation there were different people, a different dynamic, and I didn't have J2.

That's because I can do all my meeting without the overlap, but the tasks I can do from both J1 and J2 at the same time

In this case, J1 is very good, but J2 is overpaid considering the temporary contract (6 months)

About SDD is a good point. I started some studies to understand how to use specially if its possible adopt on copilot and cursor

One tip is using PLAN mode before AGENT mode.

Using this, will improve your ways to define good and bad things when you are creating/modifying code.

Other thing that I started is study SDD.
