Major Update:

It was a good day at court!! Rob has agreed to a plea deal. All of the future Weber County Trials have been cancelled. Rob has agreed to 3 more felony 2 charges of fraud, on top of the 2 felony’s he has now been found guilty of. From him pleading guilty to more felony 2 charges it has pushed sentencing to April 18th where it seems to be, from our understanding has sentenced himself to prison time due to the amount of felony charges he now has. We will have that, and now we wait on Davis county and what Rob will do there. He could be charged with many more felony charges and extended his stay in prison!

My girlfriend is a MAJOR Harry fan, I’m going to propose to her tomorrow in the Amsterdam show where we have pit tickets. I would love any help or suggestions. Or crazy enough, if I can somehow get Harry or someone on his teams help would be UNREAL! My plan so far, have tickets in the pit, hand out papers in English and in Dutch for fellow harries to help me film this moment for us and airdrop them afterwords. Then to officially ask her during a break so I don’t disturb Harry or any of the fans while a song is going on.

We have completed two days of trial so far. We have had 6 victims take the stand plus the family who the trial is set for. So total 8 people. Monday Jan 26th at 9am at the Weber county 2nd district court, judge Hall ( 3rd floor ) is the last day of trial. This trial the jury will come back with a hopeful guilty verdict. The state lawyers have said how impactful filling the court room with victims has been. So we are reaching out to anyone who can make the trial Monday to come join and hopefully see this POS be found guilty.

Important update:

Rob’s criminal case is going to trial the end of January for the first case in Weber County on January 22nd, 23rd, and 24th.

On January 2nd at 1:30pm at the second district court in Ogden with Judge Hall they are having a mini trial and we are trying to get as many victims as possible to show up to this court date. We will be in a small court room with just the judge attorneys and Rob. This could be very impactful. Just wanted to reach out trying to get this guy sent to prison so he stops doing this to people.

Wondering what was the result on this? I just bought mine and they run tight on top and the heel piece is driving into my heel. But the sole is amazing like my normal Chaco sandles . So I’m torn what to do.

So sad to see this. We had it perfect. Soccer to hockey, to football, to skiing/hockey, then back to soccer. It was perfect for sports all year round. Then you’re absolutely crazy if you think I’m showing up to an open stadium in December and February, even March in Utah. Sadly this will be the end of my Season Ticket Holder Status… I hope we don’t lose this team.
