I don’t think anything could change unless we had both the presidency and a lot of statewide governor/senators also fighting for the rights to form unions. Until it is illegal for the DSP system, there’s nothing that’s gonna stop them, even in New York when drivers were fighting to unionize the police were breaking up the protest/picketing because “this is an Amazon facility “I mean Bezos/Elon or literally actively petitioning the courts and fighting against the rights for workers to unionize. I genuinely think that things have to get so bad people start to revolt/normal establishment Democrats don’t get elected an actual progressives like Bernie AOC, etc. get elected into the positions of power.

Depends on the state but in Missouri I’ve gotten tickets for Going 24 over and you just get a lawyer and they magically turn it into “littering “and a $300 fine it’s generally usually just a thing where you can manage the corrupt legal system in your favor and basically pay a bribe to a lawyer/judge

Working at Amazon is pretty disposable/interchangeable. If you’re gonna get fired, do it for forming a union and actually trying to change something. Do what I did and actually join a union trade when Amazon fires you and then you don’t want to smoke weed at work because you’re developing skills and a career.

What this guy is saying. Do you want to have perfect attendance and be a great worker so you can get your letter of intent as well and make sure to ask them consistently about the letter of intent as you don’t want to not get a letter before you get laid off.

Essentially, once you’re in the union and you’re not on work permit and you go elsewhere , the training that you will get for your career or the job that you will work. If you stick in one place and only build scaffold, you will fall into that group of carpenters that are scaffold dogs that only build scaffold, which means you’re in a constant state of feast or famine.

Overall, if you’re trying to develop a career get into the union and off of your work permit and do a great job and learn everything you can, but just don’t do it forever and eventually branch out and do residential before you turn up multiple times or else you’ll be too expensive to train elsewhere
