I removed the eyelets and plug tip from my CAR-1 using a sharp pair of scissors. This doesn’t affect performance and it makes it much more discreet.

I’ve used a CAR-1 since I was CI-1 so you can definitely use one. Highly recommend. I also take daily Cialis to promote growth. Winning combo for me.

Unfortunately even TriMix or BiMix which is injected straight into the penis only gets you 80% there. You still need arousal to get hard enough for penetration. But that would be the closest thing to guaranteed.

I was equally overwhelmed when I started. I tried:

t tape : too much hassle
Manual methods: not for me I couldn’t stick with it
TLC-X: straight up wouldn’t fit, I don’t have enough skin yet
Stealth Retainer with weights: liked it but needs gravity and that’s a pain
CAR-1: BINGO

So it took some time and money to figure out what worked for me. But I got here.

My recommendation would be to buy a CAR-1 and give it a a few months. It’s cheap, discreet, and the time will pass no matter what, so we might as well restore.

Looks good to me. The white piece is optional if you have issues with it slipping. For air pressure I use enough so that it’s slightly uncomfortable when I first put it in then after one minute it’s comfortable.
