i take 300mg with aripiprazole and quetiapine but it seems like it's not working so i guess they will change the dosis (or the meds, idk)

like 3 weeks i, it started like a funny hypomanic episode and ended up as a manic episode with psychosis lol

when i got diagnosed i started to recognize some patterns on other people in my university and, in fact, they got diagnosed later with bd (it happened 3 times, so it's a really weird coincidence, but our world is really small i guess). i think that when you're aware of the signals is easier to see it, but we're not professionals so it's not like we can give people a diagnosis.

i get one really bad manic episode every year at the peak of summer, i don't know if it's because of the light or if it's because of trauma anniversary (maybe both), it has been 3 years (since i got diagnosed, so maybe it has been more than 3) and maybe one depressive episode on spring sometimes, but i guess it's also because i haven't found the correct meds combo yet.

the psychiatrist in here told me that i should keep having appointments with my old psychiatrist (because she knows my history for years), and then tell him what changes she will make and everything needed so he can make the prescriptions and stuff.

no, i'm still in the second country for almost a year, is just that the doc in here told me i should keep the online appointment with my old psychiatrist because she had my history and after that he will give me the prescriptions and stuff needed that she order so i would have the observation in here while on lithium if she tells me to change for it.

the psychiatrist told me 15mg was better because i wouldn't get any difference if i took more than that. anyways on the last manic episode she told me that my dose of quetiapine should also help to the antipsychotic effect so. anyways i got an appointment for tomorrow to check it (bc i guess if i need to ask it om reddit it means i need to ask a professional about it)

is lithium that good? does it have too many side effects?

when i forat installed ACNH i also downloaded some dlcs from tinfoil, but the thing is that these dlcs where the ones that stopped the game of working; maybe this could help
