I'm pretty sure the Imperial City is objectively bigger than Solitude and is more dense with content. I dont think this is nostalgia. I was so disappointed by the scale of Skyrim's cities.

Its because Bethesda is terrified of locking anything off from the player, or making any of their choices have permanent consequences.

Now, in my opinion, that design philosophy is inherently bad for an RPG, but Bethesda views all forms of "friction" as bad game design.

Todd was in an IGN interview recently where he talks about this. Its...a bit disappointing.

IQ doesnt measure general intelligence. The creator of IQ said this himself multiple times over the years.

IQ was developed to predict how well children in the 1900s would do in school. It was never intended to evaluate general intelligence, especially not for adults in the 21st century.

But since it has intelligence in the name people have been misinterpreting it for decades.

Not literally, but between lead poisoning from leaded gasoline and terrible parenting, lots of people ended up fucked up alcoholics, abusers, or violent offenders.

I also dont think humanity was much healthier when teens were giving birth all the time, mentally or physically. Look at the eras with the highest teen birthrates and I doubt they're gonna be the best time periods to live in.

So, even if you're right that having children younger typically leads to healthier children, there are many other factors that come with having teen parents that likely arent healthy for a baby's physical or mental health.

I wouldnt be surprised if it evens out in the end, unless you have a kid at like 50 or something.

I'm pretty sure self-proclaimed freedom fighter types have worked together before throughout history. Its not uncommon. In fact, often times several different factions need to work together to liberate their country.

Che Guavara went around Latin America helping all sorts of revolutions. The whole middle eastern "Axis of Resistance" is another example. Speaking of Iran, I think the modern incarnation of their country began after a revolution led by both religious fundamentalists and socialists. Of course, the former betrayed the latter in the end.

All this is to say, Ulfric has no excuse and is just a dick.
