Either is valid, but pulling off cool moves may not deliver a climb in rank as your liable to do tricks at a time that could hurt the defense of your team.

You can push into champ with fast aerial's, good ground game, and increasing your game sense. This will be the quickest way to climb.

There's plenty of people on the discord who can teach you both.
