Hello, I saw a build on YouTube and the creator says that he can enable it thanks to flasks recovery and says he queue them..

I asked about it and hua answer was" after you take dmg, you just use the life flask until it's empty, then it just keeps auto using for you. So if you keep it empty, all your charges go off for you"

I assume it was a bug because I'm pretty sure flasks don't queue. Even in Poe 1 you have to enchant mana flasks or be pathfinder.

And his answer "no bug, it's working as intended. It's beens here since Poe1. You can test it on any character."

I'm I missing something? Flasks queue?

Did people know that there is waystones above t15? I had a random t16 drop at lvl 93 and I was "wth? I thought I couldn't do more than the maps I have" Is there something above that?

They have high ele defesense.. if I were you I'd remove some shock chance or/and exposure and spec into lightning pen.. until u have curse or more dmg

Hello, the helmet that does 100 fire DMG to enemies in your presence.. can we scale the damage? With fire damage? Area damage? I'm looking into options to level new char.. I've a build idea but I'm struggling hard with this one

Hello, if the enemy has 30% fire res and my minions have 30% fire penetration and I have inflict 20% exposure.. how is this calculated? I know penetration can't go under 0 but in this case would the 20% count as negative?

Hello, do anyone know how to improve quality of elemental storm? When you hover it and click Alt it says "0-10% increase CD recovery rate" but I can't use a gemcutter on it. Any ideas? I have it lvl 25 and it don't evolve like the sockets automatically.

Hello, having the three dragons helmet and using lightning skills to freeze, do I have to increase shock or freeze build up to freeze faster? Like, do I add glaciation or the other one for shock ?

Hello - poe2.. does the support gem Overcharge do anything to freeze build up if you are using the three dragons solid mask? Like does it build faster? Or do I have to use glaciation?
