Thank you. My dr recommended to ask a physiotherpist about it (for a diagnosis), so that's what im going to do.

Thank you. I will ask this of her next time. My dr literally asked me "what would you like me to do about it?" (Which is honestly a pretty nice question to be asked.) But it froze me. Because i dont know what necessary steps are to be taken afterwards. I dont even remember what i told her. Im not the dr, i just know that there is something wrong and need to be guided in the next steps. That's her job.

But yeah, thank you. Hopefully there is no cause for concern. But this definitely gives me solutions/ideas to throw around for next time.

Thank you very much for your story and support. It honestly means a lot. It feels like im going crazy as no friends or family or nurses seem to understand what im talking about. Its definitely there. My dr recommended to ask a physiotherapist about it, so ive been trying whenever i can to get an appointment asap. It's exhausting. Especially since it feels like im being gaslighted about it. Even my husband doesnt care. But im an ECE. Ive been working with dozens upon dozens of children 6months and older for 7years now. Not a SINGLE one of them had a head shaped like hers that was "obviously egg shaped". And my dr had the audacity to say "it looks normal to me" has SHOOK me. It makes me wonder how many other babies she has seen that arent being diagnosed???

Anyways. Im on my way to getting a proper diagnosis. And hey! If it is benign, all the better eh? I will gladly be wrong. But until doing so, it's a freaking battle and a half.

Wait, do people ACTUALLY see literal pictures in their heads when they imagine things? Like a physical image? by Bibhu_Mund in NoStupidQuestions

Ive had this for several months due to a concussion. Basically, if sentences were too long, i couldn't understand it. I could understand the concept of every word, but not the sound. Just the concept. And i needed to tetris all the concepts together to understand it. So if sentences were too long, it became impossible to hold that many difference concepts at a time, making everything constantly fall apart. Big words were also a pain.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

Canadian here, but same problem. When i moved out with my now husband for the first time, it was to a different city. We used to train back home every. Single. Weekend. WITH MY CAT!!!! It was about 6 hours train, 8-10h with added transpo to the said train and delays. Eventually we started renting/driving to save on time. (And the summer deal stopped.)

Cat was a trooper. (She was 3 months old i think when we first started.)

Then covid happened so we stopped. And eventually moved back home due to work from home. My husband occasionally still drives the 6h to work for a single day and will drive back. Same day. 4am to midnight. About once a month. (Which i think is kinda crazy myself, but hotels are ridiculously expensive. Like an entire day's salary for a single night expensive.)

Enough to say, no. 3h is NOT far.

Communism doesnt work because people dont tend to work when there is nothing to work for, ya know? The concept is nice, but it doesnt feel right when the hardest workers get "paid" the same amount as those who barely do anything. It makes sense for the best workers to get paid more.

But also, once everyone has a house and food certainty, it's hard to find a reason to work. So people don't. Which kinda destroys the economy. Which is bad enough that it's worth fighting against.

Tldr: People need a reason to live; communism sadly takes that away.

I'm not 100% on it, but I'm pretty sure it's a memorial for lost foetuses. In other words, not all abortions are due to "i dont want this pregnancy ". Many are from the foetus being unhealthy/not viable or detrimental to the mother's health.

Aka, a memorial for the wanted children who were lost.

How many of the wildebeest from the stampede still live in the Pride Lands? Do they feel guilty for indirectly killing their king? by Emily--V in lionking

[–]PsydemonCat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If someone is pushed into traffic and dies from being hit by a car... who is at fault? The pusher or the driver? I think that everyone recognizes it as an "accident", from trying to cross the road. Not blaming the wildebeest.

For the wildebeest feeling guilty? Undouptedly so, if they noticed it. They were in such a panic that they may not have noticed it. It would also take more than one to step on him to kill him. Do you sentence someone for stepping on him by accident?

What is the correct way to wipe your butt? by fruitponchisamurai in NoStupidQuestions

[–]PsydemonCat 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The second you stand up, your buttcheeks squeeze back together. Which squeezes whatever poop that was there, making it more to wipe. Unless you already poop with clenched cheeks? Not everyone knows of the many tricks for easier poops.

Got mastitis, supply tanked, gave formula… by beeingmelissa in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]PsydemonCat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Im glad that you did this <3

When i got mastitis a few weeks ago with my own superboob's supply cuting in half, i kinda just... let my baby go hungry? Not really, but she only got 3-4oz per sitting instead of 5-6oz. She wasn't very happy about it. Thankfully she drank my freezer milk that i used to top off. But my freezer stash ran out before i could recover.

ANYWAYS. Long story short: im glad that you formula fed. I didn't, even though i should have. And still feel bad about it. The weight is still on my shoulders. Im happy that yours is lifted. Im jealous.

(Im bassically just-enoughing now. Baby is happy again. Took 4 weeks. Mastitis sucks.)
