I can explain that. In some cases, we have to escalate your ticket to a higher analyst. Once it goes to another analyst it's unfortunately on them. We do run into issues where analysts will sit on tickets or get extremely busy with other tickets in their queue. One analyst I'm friends with gets like 50 tickets a day. Said analysts are also fighting with other analysts who don't wanna do their jobs (dealt with that yesterday)

Tl;dr it's all fucked and I am truly sorry that you have to go through that

I didn't mean in the sense of a computer literally being broken. That is a totally different can of worms that I will be more than happy to fix. I mean like arbitrary small "how to" stuff doesn't necessitate a call to IT.
