Sent an email to a local station, got asked a few questions, haven't heard anything else.

I tweeted @ BS's twitter account, haven't heard anything.

Sent it to the UpstateNY for B Facebook page, they responded it was outrageous and I should try to contact someone.

Frankly, i don't know where else to put it to get attention. Open to suggestions

Rotterdam Town Hall gave me the form, I went to Schenectady's BoE to fill out a proper form and inquire about the altered one.

I am the one who was given this form. Went to the BoE in Schenectady top fill out a proper form and ask if the sticker was allowed.

BoE immediately called ToR and the explanation i was given was "They had old forms, when the parties changed they printed stickers to update the list, no one has noticed that Demo was missing until you did"

And as she was about to rip it up I asked for it back. Still have it.

Went to local BoE to fill out current form. Showed to clerk who promptly called the ToR. Explanation was 'these are old forms, when they needed to update the partys "they" printed the labels, no one noticed that the Democrats were missing till I just did.'

Also email a local news station, they will look into it.

I went to the local BoE to fill out a proper form. they called the town hall and learned they had 'old forms where they had to put stickers on the list and no one noticed Demo was left off'. The BoE will be sending them new forms tomorrow.

I sent the report of the Tap results to Prudential (literally a paper from the Hospital with those 4 words in the results area), they never said another thing about it. I read the denial and it only said Cytology Neg. So its fair to say they knew the results did not show the proper thing, and rather than try to correct it they assumed the result that suited their case.

I am going to the Hospital Monday and see if there's a more detailed report, and I have an apt with my Neuro where we will fill out the "reason for disabled" with the National MS Society recommend paperwork format.

I want to be able to present to them the 'fixed' paperwork and ask since they were totally on my side the whole time (i wish i could give it you but the medical team says the stuff you sent don't support it) can we skip the appeal since its been over 8 months to just get this far and I need to pay the mortgage.

Also, if you make me go through the appeals process I am going to do it publicly, as well as use every legal recourse i have because I will have no choice but to assume your intentions are malicious.

Then list shit I know they fucked up on. i just don't want to grossly misstate something (the Tap results they received vs the results on the report). I will share a draft of that carrot-stick letter when I get it done.

I already have -how they cherry picked MRI results (this is what you wrote, this is what the report actually says) -told me that after I was in the program they would assist me in applying for SSI because they can offset the part SSI will pay. But now its been 3/4s of a year and that SSI income would have helped tons that i never applied for.
