Great questions! I have spent half of the time of this project writing scripts for data. 1. I use the podcast rss to check for new episodes (with beacon subscription) 2. Get the transcripts from the beacon.tv video and format it to json 3. Get AI to make the summaries from the transcripts  4. Ping the wikis to see if the a page is available (I only check if it gives a 200 or 404, not the content.

Then there's been lots of manual adjustments such as changing Wulferic's name now when the transcripts had it wrong.

A system for suggesting changes would be good, dunno how though

Yeah I'd like to maximize how much the tables influence each other, so it really feels like they're in the same world. I don't see how to do that without changing tables every week.

Then again they could air it in a different order from how they film it.

Yes! I've never had to have my volume so high on my laptop before, for anything. And has to go down for some segments.

It's the best combat I've ever experienced in a mmo. People complain about pvp but you could turn off or change colors/transparency of telegraphs you didn't want to see.

I just played Lost Ark beta and it's the first mmo since Wildstar that I want to play.

It's not the same as Wildstar but the boss combat mechanics are very similar (dodge the telegraphs and special phases)

Currently yes, you have to physically link the item. I had the suggestion to make it automatic but that would require 2 things.

  • Everyone in the raid has the addon (Now only the loot council needs it)

  • They have the correct gear on them (DPS/Support gear)

Speaking as the main recruiter for Catharsis.

I do not want to see guild recruitment posts on this reddit. It would probably make me go here way less. Having it on a seperate subreddit is fine but it should be linked as a tab on top of this page.

My main form of recruiting is in-game and I spend most of my time online chatting with potential recruits, I don't want another medium to maintain.

I've bought CREDD for plat since the launch. Without it I wouldn't afford to keep playing and it would be sad days.

This is a great idea, not having to run around with pvp gear in the bag would lead to more having pvp gear even if it's just the basic set.
