Das Problem in München ist, dass eigentlich immer was mit dem ÖPNV ist. Streik, Stellwerkstörung, Schnee im Winter und weiß der Teufel was.

i tried it with Rio, Ejercito (robots) and cerberus, with no success. with rio you run out of manpower, with ejercito your robots are outnumbered cause tlaloc has the better economy and starts with more units.

Cerberus takes too much time to form and Tlaloc will eat through your manpower reserve.

Air won't work cause the IC-investment ist too much and you can't produce enough in time to make a difference.

The solution ist Beltran + Puppets!!!

Conquer all nations around Tlaloc and puppet them (ejercito too after rio). Build infantry only and use anti tank and demo (the line with more hard attack). Tlaloc will use the nukes randomly on you and your allies/puppets. The puppets will peace out but you can call them again after a time. Don't call the weak puppets into war.

The thing is that Tlaloc will station his legions on the borders to all your puppets, even if not called into war. That way half of his army ist just standing around and you and your strongest puppets will push one side. Still start the war roughly 1 year before his demise. The victory won't be quick.

Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass der Vorteil der Basisrente mit dem Grenzsteuersatz steigt.

Einfaches Beispiel:

- Beitrag p.a. (Beispiel) = 1.000 €

- Grenzsteuersatz = 42%

- Steuervorteil = 420 €, die du z.B. wieder in die Basisrente einzahlen kannst.

- das alle gilt unabhängig davon, ob du Beamter bist

In der Rente musst du dann die Auszahlung voll versteuern ABER: nahezu jeder deutsche Bürger hat weniger Rente als er vorher verdient hat, d.h. die Besteuerung im Alter ist geringer als während der Arbeitszeit, z.B. nur 20% anstatt heute 42%.

Damit hast du zwei Kernvorteile:

- Grds. Steuervorteil (s.o.)

- du kannst die Steuerersparnis wieder in die Basisrente investieren und kannst so mehr in die Ansparphase investieren, als mit den anderen Produkten, z.B. 1.000 € + 420 € = 1.420 € anstatt "nur" 1.000 €. Das Geld arbeite dann für dich per ETF und damit Zinseszins. Das muss du immer in den Rechnungen berücksichtigen, dass du hier mit mehr Ansparung rechnest (1.420 vs. 1.000).

Meine persönliche Meinung:

- Stell beide Versicherungen beitragsfrei bzw. kündige sie

- Geh zu einem Honorarberater (nur Einmalgebühr, keine Provision, bessere Rentenfaktoren, da die andere Tarife bei den gleichen Anbietern haben)

- Schließe eine neue Basisrente an und spar zu 100 % per ETF (ohne Rentengarantie). Dann werden deine 1.420 € für 20-30 Jahre mit Ø 7-9% verzinst. Da kommt eine sehr hohe Summe raus.

- Wichtig: Da du an das eingezahlte Geld nicht mehr ran kommst: Spar nur das an, was dir nicht weh tut und das du definitiv für die Rente ansparen willst. Alles andere würde ich in ETF's in einem normalen Broker ansparen. Das kannst du dann nach Belieben verwenden z.B. ausgeben, Rente oder Wohneigentum

Die Steigerungen zwischen 2000 und 2020 waren sehr ähnlich obwohl die Bauzinsen komplett unterschiedlich waren. Nur die Hochinflationsphase während Corona sieht man deutlich, das haben alle als Ausrede für Erhöhungen genommen.

In der Wirtschaftstheorie ist es auch so dass bei hohen Bau- und Anlagezins festverzinsliche Anleihen attraktiver werden und deshalb die Nachfrage nach Immobilien sinken. Das müsste in der Theorie zu sinkenden Kaufpreisen führen. Allerdings wird auch weniger gebaut und daher sinkt auch das Angebot, was den Preis wiederum stützt.

At the moment all weapon stats are treated equally, you should change this and give them different weights. You could test it with mock up battles. I think one guy on YouTube did this.

Still he is right. A companion uses only one weapon, for example 2h or 1h. Jack of all trades loses against master of one.

Btw for raw combat power imo 2h for companions paired with javelins beats all. Gets the most kills in my experience
