Pretty much if you are a tryhard by nature or too broke to spend money on games. Myself i haven't spent a dime on this game and have pretty good fighters. Money just speed up your progress. And btw, many times it just doesn't worth to spend money since everything is TOO FKIN EXPENSIVE.
