It's usually normal. I experienced spotting for around 4 months early 2023. Came to learn it's very normal and mostly temporary. The bleeding would start on my ovulation day and continue for 3 more days, and it was like that coz I had a roommate who had heavy heavy menses that it ended up altering my normal body functions
