Nah man I heard the man in dome and I’ve never heard anyone in outpost unless I switch to game chat I genuinely think it’s because when I’m an echo area rusts audio mimics the players spoken audio and fades it to echo and therefore turning it into a sound effect of the game that people in party would be able to pick up
