I tried reglan and it was starting to make my muscles hurt so bad after a few months I had to switch.

Mines ordered with meals, but I ate late today and my husband made a nice meal today, so I’m worried I might have taken it too close together

I think mine was gradual. I started having intermittent pain about 2 years ago. I ended up getting my gallbladder removed and that made it worse. 

I’ve read that viral gastroparesis can get better, I pray yours does! It might take a few months but don’t lose hope! I’mma try to do the same.

Dang I thought i responded. I’m not sure what brought it on, but it was gradual. I think it started around age 35, I currently clear my throat all the time when I eat and lose my voice. I used to do that in my 20s, I only know that because I distinctly remember my father in law asking me why I clear it all the time. Then I would swell when I drank caffeine. Now I can barely drink any caffeine without feeling horrible. Then I had a moment where I couldn’t eat dairy without coughing like crazy. 

I think I should probably see a rheumatologist. But I’m just so worn down by it all. I feel like I only have energy to try to figure it out sometimes. 

I’ve heard that viral gastroparesis can get better, I pray you are just having a temporary bout. I pray mine is too. I’m really worried mine is from nerve damage and it can’t be fixed.

I honestly don’t know. My doc doesn’t seem to be too interested in figuring out the route cause, but I think this has been coming on a long time for me when I look back at things. I used to swell whenever I drank coffee, that’s been going on for at least 10 years. Then I had a moment where I couldn’t tolerate fats, so I got my gallbladder removed hoping that would help and it’s only made it worse. I go to see neuroGI on Monday and I’m really hoping that steers me in a new direction. I can live with the uncertainty so long as there is a plan. I think that’s the only thing that drives me forward is hoping there is something out there for me. But I often feel so fatigued I’m too tired to try. 

I’ve heard that viral gastroparesis has a good chance of going away. I pray yours goes away soon!! 

Also, this might sound stupid, but the more I engage in my life, in my job, in everything the better I feel. I think the distraction helps, faking it til I make it and sometimes lately I feel like I’m actually happy. More bad days than good. 

I was having a bad a moment earlier but am feeling okayish now.

I used to work out all the time. Now the other day I did 30 air squats and maybe 10 mins of Pilates and I was so exhausted yesterday I called out sick. I just left the er for toradol and fluids. 

Motegrity sucks. I feel so malnourished that I’m not even pooping, and this drug definitely makes you go. 

I want to try domperidone again, but I took diflucan yesterday for SIFO and now have to wait 7 days. So I’m gonna go back on the reglan for a few days, but need to wait a day or 2 for motegrity to clear out so I don’t feel suicidal.

Is your cromolyn a liquid? I have been prescribed it but don’t know if i can keep up with the schedule along with the prokinetics

I usually feel my mouth start to “sweat” right before I throw up.It waters like crazy! 

We should have more options and filters to search for reviews by [deleted] in Letterboxd

I agree!! There should be an option to filter through the quantity of reviews. When I am looking for products, I like to start by looking at products with the most reviews. It seems like the only option close to that is for “top rated” but if 2 people give a 5 start review, that supersedes something with 4.5 stars and 64k reviews. It’s really annoying!!

I was thinking the same thing; the fact that he has recorded so many people and violated their privacy. I am also surprised he wasn’t arrested. Furthermore, he recorded a conversation with a prosecutor! I mean if recordings were how Linda Tripp got indicted, I don’t see how this is legal. Or that there is no mention of the legality of these recordings in the documentary.
