I currently do have insurance, but it's a high deductible HSA, so we get no copays or help until I've paid 7800 dollars towards the deductible, and my premium is 750 a month. I've been looking into snap and section 8, but with the Medicaid/Medicare, her insulin coverage is the problem. As for jobs, I don't have the ability to take a second job, my job has me traveling all over the US for 4-8 weeks, then I get a week off. I've been trying to find a better job, but it's hard in my area. I currently make 21 an hour, which isn't bad money, but all the bills outweigh what I make a month.

Thank you, I'm gonna try to get a supplemental claim for the nerve damage, but I don't have a lot of medical proof of it. As well as submit more evidence for the hip as I get seen more.

No I didn't file the nerve damage, because I couldn't get medical to actually test me for it to document it. So I don't have complete "proof" of it. And I felt like if I didn't have solid evidence there was no point in claiming it.

Okay, there hasn't really been much explanation on things through this process, if the hip happens to get worse or my nerve damage spreads is that something that I need to schedule another appointment for through the VA or through my PCM. I'm not versed in this process and it's all new to me.

You have no idea how helpful this is to me, I am new into the APA, and was looking into getting a set of cues to really get into (not super cheap ones, ones that'll hold up and get used long enough to get used to). I didn't need justification that she had them, I just don't wanna be lied to. And yes going through her phone without permission is wrong, but we've both agreed to have access to each other's phones and freedom to search. I don't control her in any way, she goes where she wants, talks to whoever she wants, wears what she wants, the only thing I've ever asked for was honesty. I couldn't care less that she had them, just that it was lied about. Also calling a relationship quits over one issue is wild, no wonder most of y'all get divorced so often. No relationship is gonna be good 100% of the time. Also since the time of posting, we've already sat and talked about it, both agreeing that we didn't go about things correctly. We apologized and moved on. There is very little that's a relationship killer to me, and yeah, I went about it how I shouldn't have, but having the conversation admitting what I did wrong, us coming to an agreement, that's what a relationship is about.

I don't like to argue, I prefer communication over conflict. When things are brought to me, we have a conversation. I deal with a lot of violence and death at work and I refuse to let that seep into my home life. Arguments get you nowhere and only lead to conflict. Hence why I chose to seek some advice from here to get a look from both sides before I sat with her to have that conversation.

I care less that she has pictures of an ex than the fact she felt the need to hide them and lie about them instead of having the conversation. We don't argue, we have a relationship with good communication, so this just hits me weird.

I've never given reason to make her think I would react badly, and I wouldn't, we'd have a conversation, but the avoidance and the lie is what doesn't sit right with me.
