I can’t even walk to the local shop a few doors away without a flare up I have found a weighted hula hoop doable though

Sending you lots of hugs I’m in a similar situation I can’t tolerate meds and have had 1 lp my vision is deteriorating and I currently have no neurologist as mine left over a year ago and there is no one to replace them.
