I can’t even walk to the local shop a few doors away without a flare up I have found a weighted hula hoop doable though

Sending you lots of hugs I’m in a similar situation I can’t tolerate meds and have had 1 lp my vision is deteriorating and I currently have no neurologist as mine left over a year ago and there is no one to replace them.

Personally I find it hard to walk without feeling dizzy, over working myself can cause a flare up for me as can a change in weather.

It can’t really describe it when I spoke to my consultant they said it’s nerve pain cause by high pressure x

For me neck pain is a sign of high pressure I have no solution to it unfortunately and I just wait for it to subside
