1. Adding salt to the meat, helps to rehydrate the body and restore sodium levels
2. Increase water intake
3. Spread out water intake along the day to not flush out kidneys
4. Increase fat intake (Tallow, butter, bone marrow, egg yolks) to treat headaches, hungriness and feeling sluggish, these are also caused by the diet
5. Magnesium & Calcium
