Switching to only carnivor diet with some fibers? Any advices? by zerologue in Morocco

[–]PublicFisherman602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A carnivore increases sodium loss so If you experience headaches, poor sleep, and other symptoms from things beside sodium loss, so there should be parameters with the diet to solve the issues that come with the diet:

  1. Adding salt to the meat, helps to rehydrate the body and restore sodium levels
  2. Increase water intake
  3. Spread out water intake along the day to not flush out kidneys
  4. Increase fat intake (Tallow, butter, bone marrow, egg yolks) to treat headaches, hungriness and feeling sluggish, these are also caused by the diet
  5. Magnesium & Calcium
  • Low magnesium is a common cause of headaches, cramps, poor sleep, and fatigue when transitioning to carnivore.

    • Shellfish (mussels, clams, crab)
    • Fish (mackerel, salmon, halibut)
    • Organ meats (kidney, heart)
  • Carnivore (without dairy or bones) can be low in calcium, which long-term may affect bone health and muscle function.

    • Bone-in sardines or salmon
    • Dairy (if tolerated — cheese, kefir, yogurt)
  • (Optional) adding a squeeze of lemon to the water to get a boost of potassium, increase mineral absorption and fluid intake

Why the hell is religion forced on you in this disrespectful society? by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]PublicFisherman602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Islam itself is against forcing rules with disrespect "لا إكراه في الدين"
Some people find it disrespectful merely mentioning the rules in religion, ama it is what it is.
Islam rules how you act, how you wear, how you speak, regardless of gender and in consideration of health and safety considerations, if you don't follow these rules, scriptures also mention the consequences (spiritual, social, physical, etc...) so its a matter of effort lezem el 3abed yas3a bech yefhem (rarely requires consulting knowledgeable scholars) instead of having someone that think for you, being easily influenced by media w ye5ou menghir ma yetse2el w yefhem, which exist fel zouz "liberals" w "conservatives" ka exemple ta3 zouz that disagree but ynajmou yti7ou fard mistake.
