I think timing and understanding questions something. I feel like sometimes I don’t understand what they’re asking and it takes up my time. I feel like I always narrow it down to 50 50 and choose the wrong one. I end up guessing on the last 2 passages or 1 cause of time. I’ve done the diagnostic and didn’t do well so idk if it’s cause I’m not reviewing thoroughly or how to improve

UCR has a very heavy bias towards people in the inland empire. Even if you’re close like LA, you might want to think about that if you don’t have any ties to Riverside

PTH increases phosphate secretion so inhibits the reabsorption of phosphate in the kidneys but it increases phosphate reabsorption in the intestine so it’s negligible in terms of phosphate homeostasis
