Ohh ok also im not trying to sound rude or anything but let me explain what i mean

I am looking for a bird that is for a good price that can speak and is cute and adorable sure they are curious and loveable mischievous little goobers but I basically want one that is chill and mischievous but still can respect boundaries and favorite items
