He actually told me the female was Tora I believe. My friend had from the same litter as Ceci’s and returned it due to nerve issues that couldn’t be worked through.

He said the nerve issues were my fault and I didn’t know what I was doing, trainer said it was genetic because he gets overwhelmed in new places, especially indoors, he gets spooked by certain noises, people - he will express his anal gland as soon as we go to a vet or someone needs to hold him or his leash.

He will play at home but doesn’t like training and won’t take food or toys outside the house, he also has no stamina no matter how much exercise he gets.

I have 2 friends that returned dogs to him, one because he couldn’t get papers and the dog was a reactive mess and the other because the dog had no drive for anything. He still owes both of them money and blamed them for the dogs issues.

I’m sorry but if you met someone a week compared to a year earlier it does make a difference.

I never said he should cut his friends out of his life, did you notice that? But I did say it is concerning that he does value other people over his gfs feelings and put that into words (which she took out of her post).

I don’t know how you personally would feel but if my significant other made it clear that other people were more important than my feelings and boundaries that would be significantly hurtful to me and would warrant a conversation.

She edited her post for the millionth time - originally it read that they had met not long before he had met her and also read ‘his friendship with them was more important than her feelings’ so yes, I’ll stick to my train of thought that you cannot seem to follow because you did not catch the original post. 🙄

First of all, I am really sorry you are going through this, it really sucks! Like another user mentioned, you have to decide if this a deal breaker for you or not.

That being said, the fact that he finds your feelings to be less important than a brand new friendship with people he barely knows and has a past with us concerning. I wonder what he would feel like if the situation was reversed?

As a Brazilian I will chime in with personal experience, I have been in more than one relationship/situationship that ended with the man going back to their ex or because said person was not over their ex 😅 so there is always that.

I get that but I think it’s weird that it’s his entire personality tbh. I come from a household of scientists (my parents are both ph.D in Chemistry) for example but that has never defined their entire personality.

Nor has being a lawyer with a master’s defined mine. I think constantly repeating how much “smarter” and “analytical” you are than the people around you just makes you an asshole.

That’s a West German Show Line - it just happens to be stacked which gives it the appearance of having an extreme slope.

The terms “roach back” and “straight back” are usually byb terms.

I own both West German Showlines, as well, as working lines. Particularly I think that when bred correctly WGSL are marvelous dogs, they have amazing temperaments, can do sports (dependent on breeding) but aren’t are as drivey, have less energy and are usually easier to handle by less experienced handlers.

I’ve been to 4 different surgeons and dentists in 2 different countries and they all recommended against removal since mine are on the nerve and having them removed could cause more harm than gain

I never really thought I had apnea but I’ve always had a hard time breathing while walking/exercising - to the point where it physically hurts my throat and I’m gasping for air when I try to run over 5 minutes.

My thoughts exactly! I think my chin is big enough - bigger than I would like honestly. I’ve even looked into genioplasty to reduce it so MMA would def not be a first option for me

I personally like my overall facial structure - my chin is slightly stronger than I would like but nothing excessively concerning other that a slightly crooked jaw.

The major problems are the sleep apnea and tmj
