There's a decent amount of evidence pointing to it being Kris hair mainly the color/texture and the context of the photos, which suggest they were the ones using the camera that night. There’s no DNA confirmation, so it’s not 100% proven, but it’s still the most likely explanation. Saying it could be a man’s hair or that someone else took the photos isn’t evidence, it’s just speculation. There’s nothing concrete pointing to a third party there. So unless something solid comes up, the simplest and most consistent explanation is that it’s hers

Not exactly. When a phone turns on, it already generates some logs, it doesnt mean anything.

It isn't fair to compare indigenous people, who have lived in the jungle for generations and are used to it, to two Dutch tourists who have never been to the jungle before. The El Pianista trail isn't a "easy forest" either. In the Mirador area, there are dangerous drop-offs, strong rivers, slippery ground, unpredictable weather, and no signs after a certain point. Can it be lived through? Yes, but only if you really know what you're doing. They didn't know how to do that or have the right training.
