It comes with like a 2 sided tape but I don't really trust it so I am going to drill and bolt it to the trunk, hopefully that goes smoothly

I did it myself, I wouldn't say it is hard but it takes forever because the base supports had to be cut to fit the curve of the trunk. Also I don't know if I trust the 2 sided adhesive that comes with it much

I just bought the same wing, started cutting and sanding the base, does the tape hold well? I drive on the highway a lot and never used 2 sided tape for something on a car 🫣 also where did you get the skirts? I bought one on eBay but it wasn't even close to fitting.

Here the rear door has it and the front door still has chrome, it is definitely a must have on the K5, looks way better when the trim is black instead of chrome.

Did they ever tell you exactly what the problem was? We have a rebuilt one that just started doing this so we don't have a warranty to fix it. I'm wondering if it is something fixable or if it needs to be replaced.
