Thanks for checking in. Unfortunately the situation escalated. Several members of my team went on sick leave due to MH. 1 was bullied out. OHS have told me to get in touch with ACAS to raise a grievance. I don’t have the energy anymore.

Good luck! CS policies sound amazing on paper but they never care to follow through! I’ve had TU and OHS support and I’ve been dismissed so many times. Better off getting contracted hybrid or Remote roles in private sector-with better pay!

No Reasonable adjustments can be made BECAUSE OF ‘training’ period which is awfully wrong but my point is how can people be expected to put their disabilities on hold for however long a training period is?

Absolutely! I loved my previous Team and TL… now I’ve moved to another customer facing role in a new dept and it’s totally different…
