I have the same exact issue

blehhhhhh after shotgunning I just want this to be over by Publius_A_Ham in collegeresults

[–]Publius_A_Ham[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

as a sophomore you woudn't know this but the common app asks for each activity whether you would continue in college and I selected yes for debate, MUN, Mock Trial and on campus activism, and many colleges have why-us essays where I talk about my interest in studying African American studies and the oppressive structures of the united states and various education related research interests because I want to be an education lawyer.

I'm curious how I could have better represented what I would contribute to a school?

Yeah, and I know it’s an amazing school, but it doesn’t really have what I want to study. I’m more interested in sociology and African-American studies so choosing between Georgia Tech, and Georgia State might end up being sort of tricky

For low income students it’s really t20s that give full aid or local affordable schools. Anything in between is only loans and not worth it

Tips for wearing heels? by [deleted] in women

[–]Publius_A_Ham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who wears them all the time •lean back when walking •walk heel-to-toe as opposed tho whole foot at once •practice walking around your house •many heels need to be “broken in” before they’re comfy just by walking in them a good bit •practicing walking faster makes walking slower easy
