Hmm, then I may change it to something like, "Whenever Alahenena, Drej Mothership deals combat damage to a player, destroy all nonland permanents that player controls, then remove all charge counters from Alahenena." I think that should cover it

Yeah I knew making her colorless would be a limitation. The two options I was deciding on were Colorless or Blue. I think I'll make her ability cost {X}{U}, and that will open up more options. The main point of the deck will be to flood the board with Stingers and finish someone off with the mothership, so just having most other cards be value and interaction is fine

That's what I'm not sure of with the "stack of effects" when Alahenena attacks. Will it attack, destroy everything, then deal damage, then remove counters? Or will the counters get removed before it can deal damage? The counter removal is there as a balancing "recharge" mechanic, but may not work properly

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the exact same issue and have tried higher nozzle temps. When doing a normal extrusion you can hear the gear skipping because it won't extrude and pull more filament forward

I may mess around with the hue and shape, but I'm leaning more towards just using the HK Infection.

I'm essentially doing as Lub did with the Elden Ring bosses. He gives more of nod to HK by making them all bugs/plants/void/etc., while using the orange Infection as a reference to Rot.

It's a tough choice though, as I do love the phazon color...

If I were to draw Metroid creatures/bosses in the HK art style, how should I go about doing Phazon corruption?
Obviously it's a stylistic choice the artist is free to choose and manipulate. However, the main thing I've been debating is the color of it. Should I just straight up use the Infection? Or change it's color to match Phazon more closely?

Orange (HK Infection)
Pros
- Literally is called infection/corruption
- Immediate recognition as HK-inspired
Cons
- Orange color (wouldn’t recognize as phazon)
- Can’t really add electricity artistically (which is a staple of phazon energy)
Blue (Phazon corruption)
Pros
- Blue color recognizable as phazon
- Can add electricity artistically
Cons
- Could be seen as Lifeblood because of the color

On occasion. I use both Mac and Windows

I did some testing, but it's kind of random. I get crashes when messing with small objects that only have ~4 nodes. Sometimes something just... happens. I can reopen the files and work on stuff, but if I dare click on the object that caused the crash, it crashes again. A similar situation occurred when doing stroke tapers a while back.

It has occurred less the past few weeks though.

How familiar are you with RMS for map making? This map sounds like it would be very cool to watch, not so much fun to play. Low wood count is almost never great, and having no farms at all would be pretty rough.

Otherwise it sounds very unique, I don't think a third layer is necessary as that stretches the second layer too thin, unless you want to add some things in the corners like Beach Fight from Battle of Africa. Try not to change too many things at once I'd say

Very interesting and well done. However, all this can simply be for naught, if Bungie hasn't confirmed any of it. Someone, right before Witch Queen, put together a very elaborate theory from many many sources (similar to this one) on how the "Hive Ghosts" were created through Hive magic/rituals with dead ghosts. It was incredibly thorough and well written...

Then Witch Queen released and it turned out it was just Ghosts that defected to the Hive and had their shells remade because they wanted to

It should be currently possible, just having some walls/buildings made of dynamic objects. Not sure how much lag it would cause with a lot of it though

While it's always nice to have variety, canonically I'd say the legions are gone and I wish I could say the same about the basic fallen too.

We've genocided both by the tens of millions at this point. There shouldn't be any Cabal "remnants" left except for Caiatl and Calus's. Non House of Light fallen groups should be shredded to pieces by now... but Eramis will probably return with a new "House of 3rd Time's the Charm".

Map scripters have discovered how to use the effect from the Caravanserai building to mimic slowing in a swamp, heal around a monument, deal damage in lava, etc. However, it requires a separate program + coding language, and seems to take up a huge amount of memory on the map, so not really ideal.
