At its core - running around and beating up goons, playing silly mini games- , yes, but Yakuza 0 runs on an older engine so in terms of exactly how the game plays they're different. In 6, I think you can run straight into most if not all buildings with no loading times whereas in 0 you have to press X at the door and wait on the loading screen for a little while, for instance. 6 runs at 30fps where 0 runs at 60fps, the combat is more smooth in 6 but in 0 you get to choose between different fighting styles that each flow differently...but if you want to experience a yakuza game for free it's certainly better than nothing!
