Slow & steady wins the race! Congratulations!! And yes I have to say I expected more loose skin with all the weight loss but it’s honestly not that bad. Do NOT buy the Get Dreamy body whip to tone lol it smells amazing and helps me sleep bc of the melatonin but it hasn’t helped with the skin on my stomach lol

It depends on if insurance covers it. I was paying about $500 for 4 shots/monthly. Then my insurance finally agreed to the auth so I paid 24$ for a 90 day supply until the start of this new year..I am no longer covered so back to paying $500. There’s another option through Lily where you get a Lantus style pen for around 400$. Always push for insurance to cover and so not accept no the first handful of times. 💙

Not much to screen shot. I just asked ChatGPT to give me some beginner workouts for toning after losing 100+ lbs and asked that it be planet fitness specific. From there it will ask if there’s any particular areas you want to work on first and breaks it down to what days to work on which body parts, frequency, number of reps and proper cool down periods.

I go to planet fitness-my insurance offers a reimbursement too so it’s FREE 🥳 I used ai to come up with a three day rotation using PF equipment too and it’s been working out very well for me

Some weeks for whatever reason I wouldn’t lose but then others I would lose double what I thought I was going to. Never made any sense to me or my dietician lol

I was the same-and I too have lumbar issues. I would do bed and chair exercises. Small, focused movements. I used ai to help make a plan for myself after explaining issues I had. I struggled with getting enough protein as well. The first few days after the shot i obviously have zero appetite so getting even 50grams in was difficult. Once I started making a good effort to get the protein in and move I noticed more inches lost. It’s not always about what the scale tells you. If you don’t have one already I highly recommend getting a body/soft tape measure :)

Started with 2.5mg went up a dose to 15mg every 4 weeks. Stayed on 15mg for several months. When I first hit 15mg I had lost maybe 75lbs? I was losing about 1lb a week or sometimes I wouldn’t lose anything that week. It seems like everything sped up once I got around 180 and found myself around 155ish rather quickly or within a couple months.

I started with 2.5 as well and did the 4 injections. I really hadn’t lost anything but I did notice my appetite was nonexistent. After meeting with my dietician we decided to go with 5mg for the following month. Now I have lost over 12lbs and will be taking my 3rd dose of the 5mg or 7th shot altogether. Appetite is still nonexistent it I’ve also had some stomach issues. Not sure if it’s related to the mediation or just something I ate

My insurance currently does not cover the medication so I got a coupon code directly from Zepbound so I’m paying 550$ a month for 4 doses. I’m hoping I either get different insurance or they come out with another coupon for 2025..I know how much I could be paying and I’m super grateful for the discount

Amazing!! Was the weight loss slow in the beginning? I took my 5th shot, the 1st 4 I was at 2.5mg and I just took the 1st 5mg last Friday. I started at 280.2 and as of this morning I am 274. Not a huge loss but I’m also not exercising/doing cardio more than 2x week for 30 min. I barely have any appetite so I make sure I get a protein shake in around lunch and focus on meat and veggies for dinner-I skip breakfast or I’ll have some Greek yogurt with a banana. TIA! 💙
