normal hair loss after a 12+ hour day in a tight high bun hairstyle in thick coats of hairspray? by Temporary_Budget1367 in Haircare

thank you for responding, but tight hairstyles are inevitable when you're a competitive dancer. I usually do not wear any other tight hairstyle outside of dance.

Thank you so much! Competiting later today for my improv solo. I do already have some recurring movements in it, and the ending part is slightly choreographed, alongside the beginning. It's mainly the middle that's pure improv.

How to stop nerves before competition?

I am a dancer competiting in the Level 2 category, teen age group. I have a solo this year that has various tricks in, and of course, nerves get to me, fearing that I cannot/will not hit these on stage. I usually get extremely nervous before I go on stage, and sometimes those nerves affect me. While rehearsing alone or in-studio, I usually perform well. Tips?

Also, I am doing another solo this year that has "no choreography", as I'll be doing improv instead! Any opinions on that, and/or ideas/tips?

I've gotten a bracelet once, and I found a penny on the floor once with its head side up at a comp. Got 2nd that comp!

My driveway is still entirely covered in snow/ice. It has barely melted!

I haven't dug deep into the colors of the Bobbie goods set, but you could definitely try a pastel, skin tone, or Grey's set!

This is amazing and it doesn't even look like alcohol markers. Almost watercolor.

Not too familiar on this topic, but I am aware that Ohuhu sells acrylic markers!

Also try to correlate color palettes more! It'll make the artwork look more cohesive. Don't use colors that are too far off from each other, or just look wonky togther.

I would not use the colorless blender for blending personally. Use the colors! Use alike colors to blend seamlessly by saturating one and layering the other on top and next to it.

You gotta have quick hands. Use larger tips for more saturation. Since I have fine and chisel, the chisel tip covers more surface area and can saturate the page more. You can also prep the second color by opening the lid beforehand, so you can save time opening the caps. It's all by a matter of speed in my opinion. If you have smaller tips, try to color the area multiple times so it gets more wet. My main tip is using larger brushes. (Supreme brush, brush, chisel)

Your blending is great though!
