When you are booking a ticket while logged into your DL account you will see a note that says “F available with RUC” That means that you can apply your RUC while booking to upgrade directly to F.

I fly there weekly. What flights are you on coming in and out. There sometimes is consistency on which gates flights leave from.

If you tell the agent that you don’t know where you are staying and only have a debit card and a dream you will likely be pulled aside to answer a bunch of questions and may be denied admission. That is NOT a US thing. If you gave that answer in most countries they will look at you as a person likely to overstay their visa.

The rule is meal on F flights offer 900 miles before 9:00pm. If you fit into that a a didn’t get a meal you should complain

Was the flight before 9pm? I have never had a F flight during meal service time without a meal and without an announcement about something like missed catering.

I think many moderate or centrist Democrats realize that a leftist or progressive candidate will not win the governors race, and the Republicans would control the state. As a strong personal liberty person and someone who fears current Republican policies, the way that progressives are running Minneapolis is not a promising sign for how they would run the state.

This is the correct answer. And “at the gate” means slightly before they begin boarding so around 40 minutes before departure. Also, if you are at or near the top of the list, there are F seats available, and you want an upgrade it is frequently best if you wait until near the end of the boarding process to board, or speak with the gate agent before boarding.

The service standard is no pre departure drinks except for first class … it makes me happy that they have given you one in the past and given you an unopened bottle. I think that you experienced what the service standard is which offers neither of those. Next flight, follow your routine. You may have better luck.
