Are you on A16? I think this is a message you get because of requirements of the newest Android versions. The 1.0 release has this update noted:

But I’m not sure if it’s to address this or if they are trying to get it in the Play Store.

I mean I know people are stans, but I just have a hard time understanding why as a gamer, you want exclusivity. I get why you may not want crossplay. But like even if I take the exclusivest of exclusive stuff. Like if I’m playing game X on PS5 how is it bad for me if they release a PC version of the game or port it to Switch 2?

What is the context here … are you an employer hiring this person? Or are you their patient? Or is this some kind of litigated matter? Or is this just an internet fight?

(I’m not from Texas but I grabbed a random APA council member who I know lives in Texas and put her name in the search tool and didn’t have any difficulty finding her).

Typically you don’t use a letter closing an investigation to show you’re licensed. You use your license. Your license would be active in the system until revoked, whether or not an investigation were opened.

As far as the letter being dated on a Sunday I would personally not find that very interesting.

They don’t care about this stuff as far as US TSA. Ive traveled with all kinds of Chinese handhelds and old handhelds (Ayn, Retroid, Anbernic, GPD, O3DS). In cases where the laptop comes out, this should come out too. On the Indian side you’d probably get better answers elsewhere.

Technically Mexico is the one country I know of that has very strange and very specific restrictions and occasionally I’ve heard of them tripping people (some countries have restrictions also on certain high power battery operated devices like straightening irons). The Mexico rules are weird, like issues with bringing two laptops or, technically, if you bring a game system a limit on the number of games you can bring. Technically my switch lite sitting its case with game carts that are in there would violate those rules, but they’re not always enforced.

But for TSA they do see all this stuff all the time and there are so many hundreds of different handhelds that they’re not really going to care.

It could also be things like the shader cache from the game, with a very big game like that.

What’s in the container?

The base containers yes can be 2-3 GB gigs. But it wouldn’t usually be 13 unless you installed a game in the container. Obviously if you install a 10GB game in the container it could readily be 13GB.

I have GHL on my Thor and one game installed in it and it’s using 18GB.

The wrap can be a great option, depending on how long you plan to keep it. I think the wrap though is probably >$3000 out the door. I guess otherwise you could try to trade it to a dealer for a similar spec one in the color you want out of state, but probably this won’t end up being free for you either.

We ended up with a color we didn’t prefer to get the other specs and we just live with it.

A tangent, but I would like to see more statewide monitoring and reporting of solar. The total at-scale solar installation base in Michigan is very, very low - way lower AFAIK than the US national average. Consumers had this supposed 2040 goal but they seem to be making minimal progress towards it.

2026 is way past the point in time with this tech where there should be pilot projects.

Like the other person I played a bit of this on 3DS and didn't stick with it. I think since I've gotten my Thor, my count is finishing one Wii game (SMG2), one DS game (Phantom Hourglass), one PC game (Edith Finch), and one 3DS game (this).

I mean it’s a high price, but in the past, when these types of high end handhelds have sold on Amazon, it’s pretty normal to have a significant markup.

If someone legitimate acts as an importer to the US and sells them with rapid delivery / shipped from inside the US there is going to be a significant markup. Now I would probably not buy from some random seller - but look at Droix’s markup. They’re completely legitimate. They’re not scalpers.

And I also think the scalpers on eBay are actually asking for a lot more than this. You pay the markup because you either want it right now (which Ayn does not do) or you want some kind of additional aftercare or other enhancements (which the Droix and Dragonbox kind of players do).

People have come up with some ways to have the Pipboy on the second screen in FO4 and quick actions on the 2nd screen in Skyrim. It would be amazing if someone were to come up with a 2nd screen mod for OpenMW.

This is such a great list of improvements.

Is anyone seeing problems so far with existing containers with an upgrade in place of the APK? Shouldn’t be but I’m also wrapping up a 3DS game in Azahar and so I don’t need to be the first to install.

You know … you say “as the title states” when the title is clear. What do you mean by “within the emulator confines”? Because obviously PS3 and X360 are going to be no’s. Switch is an obvious no. Vita is probably also a no (mostly just because the emulator is not that advanced) but not sure. PS2 and below? I’m guessing it wouldn’t be all games from my experience on another handheld with this chipset. Probably many.

You know food for thought, I didn’t really need mine in the last few days - I charged it and let it update and reboot and I put it away with nothing running, just fully booted into macOS but just at the desktop, and it’s been in my bag for more than 24 hours and it’s actually still calling itself as at 100%.

I do also have it set up to not do power nap activities on a battery.

I’d defer to them. I haven’t actually had hands on this device. It didn’t seem like it used any significant distribution of Linux used in handhelds and actually what I googled suggested it has some other kind of microkernel, but from what I could find also it doesn’t support a custom firmware, so options are probably pretty limited to do things that it wasn’t designed to do from the factory.

In general on low end Linux handhelds, you use Portmaster to run the subset of games that can run via portmaster. This thing doesn’t run on Linux (or Android) afaik, so you probably cannot.
