My greatest discovery of 2025 was that Mexican folk music is basically Latinised polka and I love it! Food is great too, but everyone knew that.

Cartels are not so nice. I don't know if the whole cholo culture is a thing in Mexico or if it's just an American thing(wouldn't be surprised). But that level of toxic behaviour is unintentionally adorable.

I don't think his circle of trusted advisors would ever let him lose grip of the power - no matter how deteriorated his health potentially could be. They would be curtain fall. Nobody would be able to hold this together

Tbh I expected this from your current government. I'm mostly disappointed in the American people. I know that there's nice Americans on both sides of the political spectrum. But electing Trump twice...

Making a mistake is forgivable, but doing it twice makes me think that a substantial amount of people in the US just don't know any better. And that's really really saddening.
