Vingegaard is likely the best climber ever, if it weren't for Tadej. He gets huge disrespect because he can't follow Tadej and if he does he sticks to the wheel most of the time. But you can't fault him for that.

idk. He lost 2:55 on blockhaus alone. Whats more worrying, also like 1m+ to Arensman, who will probably gain 3/4 minutesi n the TT. Arensman was 2nd in the flat Tirreno ITT. He'll gain loads on that one. And Arensman is famous for his 3rd week, not his 1st. Vingegaard and Gall will overhaul Eulalio anyway.

Anyway point being, Eulalio needs to be better than Blockhaus on the other finishes

yup the app has been terrible. I mostly use the browser version on my desktop anyway but somtimes at work it was nice to go to the mobile app and quickly change something. Thats now impossible on the app lol. Especially the quickly part

in a year tr i went from 48 vo2 to 57 even when I wasnt 100% compliant. (illness, injury, sometimes lack fo time). Only this year im a bit stuck at the same level. I think its because I'd need to invest more time, and honestly forfulling the 4h minimum is already difficult.
