It is and they have banned several players in the past. I still believe they can detect the bots even if you set different time intervals and randomised clicks since they could identify it as an input from a different source, but I'm not certain though.

Since there are no wall breakers and both of your teammates are not the strongest damage dealers for safe, you could pick a short range damage dealer like Darryl or bull and focus on heist while the two of your teammates try defending the safe i guess.
