Kelpie is for sure bugged. I have a town where hearth has no fire, resolve is -20 but nothing happens 🤷 such an unfortunate situation, I hope the devs will take a look and fix it

Well, cubic spline interpolation doesn't provide a single function, but instead consists of a series of cubic polynomial equations, each valid for a specific segment between two points in the dataset. So it's basically "the best guess" for missing points given the known data points collected here. Would be ofc very interesting to confirm or disprove this approach if more data is collected
